Day 06 (30-03-2020)
Monday; Thank me later
Urrrggghhhhh!! It's Monday again. That's how We, as Office and School going people react towards the start of the weekday. Lots of deadlines to meet, new projects to look upon, leftover from last week and what not. Most of us, including me, have never been thankful enough to the time we've had in life. We have always had; Regrets, Excuses, Dis-satisfactions, Questions, Sorrows and Disbelief to offer. It's not that one shouldn't have anything mentioned above but where we go wrong is that all of this is in abundance and only daily basis. Wherein, Gratitude, Acceptance, Satisfaction, Answer, Joy and Belief is given a very little place in all that and that too once in a blue moon.
When, We as humans process a thanks in life, we relate it to only good things or something which brings fruitfulness to us. Well, that's where we miss the trick. Thanks is not for the good but it's for each and everything that happens or comes across in life. Let me give you a subtle example of the same.
A girl named DIHAHS was a very good dancer. She never expressed that to her family or even participated in any school or college event. Her talent was just a waste as it wasn't known to anyone, except her own self. One bad day, she met with an accident and a bike ran over her leg. It was severally injured and she was given a physio recommendation after her operation. The, physio used all the tricks and techniques he had to make her walk again but to no use. On a random day, when he was too tired of trying to cure her, he asked the girl what's it that you can do to cure yourself because now I can't cure you at all. The girl said, Dance. She started dancing by limping and falling down but she managed to get up and try again. After months of practice, she was back to her normal self. And afterwards, she took dancing as her career and there was no stopping her.
First of all, this is a fictional story which I made up just now. But, it gives you the idea of thanking and it's importance. Now, the accident in the story is that bad thing which we in normal life won't thank at any cost. But, have we considered at any point, it was because of the accident that DIHAHS grove and grew to what she was born for, dancing. If life would have been like the same, she would have never expressed her love for dancing.
We as humans have to thank the situations and on-goings that occur in our daily life. For, gratitude is the biggest asset a human can posses to overcome things which he or she thinks of as impossible. Giving it a try and maintaining that not backing down attitude, makes us the humans we are. The thanks goes out to all of the people who have been in your life or still are. To your family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, well wishers and most importantly to those who have tried to break you, stop you and discourage you. They deserve a better gratitude as it's because of them you kept going on and did what they never wanted you to. Last but never the least, after thanking all of them, take time and thank yourself. Yes, it's you and only you who has been up all the time whenever you were taken down. Before anyone else coming to the rescue, you have been your whole and soul help.
We tend to give thanks to everything and everyone else around us who has made us grow and reach places but we forget that no matter what if it wasn't us who kept going, all of them would have failed. So appreciate yourself, pay your back and take time to embrace the good and bad you did. Eliminating the latter one and becoming a better human being. Let's hope that we go on appreciating everyone for everything and then our own selves as well for being the hero of our life.
Till then Bon Voyage guys, Sayonara!!
P.S. Today's positive is negative. The negative decisions, negative incidents and negative choices you, I and others here did and landed up with something that pleased them at the end. So, whatever comes your way, respect that and absorb it. Make the good out of it no matter how bad it is. Set an example, for none else but yourself.
