One Culprit but two opinions

A birthday and a death day, both given to a person who is supposed to be innocent by some and a culprit by some. Yakub Abdul Razak Memon (30 July 1962 – 30 July 2015) today at 6:35 early morning was hanged to death in Nagpur central jail, as all his pleas were rejected. Yaqub was one of the 100 culprits who were involved in 1993 Bombay Bomb blasts and the only one who was given death sentence by the TADA court.

But then the question arises that who has being hanged?
Is it the culprit of 1993 blasts or is it the person whom Indian government got hold of just because he surrendered himself?

One side of the story says that he was boarding a plane from Nepal to Dubai and was escaping from India and in the mean time he was caught. And the other one says that if he had listened to his brother (Tiger Memon) of not surrendering and ran off, then today he would have been celebrating his birthday in some luxurious villas of Dubai with his family.

The person who had faith in Indian judiciary system, came all the way back from Dubai to Nepal and surrendered himself. Now both the parts are good in their own way but the only concern is that why does it takes Indian government such long time to give out a decision of a convict.

If he was proven guilty of his crimes then it shouldn't have taken more then 2 decades to hang him.
And in the end the same question still remains that was Yaqub Memon hanged or the Indian Judiciary system?

For the beloved

Sheen -beauty to be felt

One is my heart, other is my soul
Both are yours as a whole
My whole life is on as side
And your smile on a side

Shake a hand and enrich me
Give me the gift of life from thee
Me being no immortal my love
But my love is mortal for thou

Grievous is the time when you are away
As your sight gives me joy
I need love from you my beloved
To heal my wounds of seclusion

SHEEN is your love for my life
Like the flame of a burning candle
My love towards you is zeal
And your smile is my forever my heal

The aroma of your presence is forever
Diffuse yourself with my love
Khan waits for your sight Dihahs
Give me an ambush of your smile and love

For the beloved

Distance- a blow to the heart

Heard you saying, that you are going
Me in class, getting a blow
Was it a dream, as you were fading?
Giving me heartache, a death very slow

Those texts of yours, those smiles of yours
Making my day, joyous all the way
Waiting days and weeks, for the texts of yours
Like soil needs water, to make clay

You make me smile, without any reason
As a bird is flying, free of fear
Making me feel in love, in the whole season
Without any change, all the full year

Dihahs don’t fade away, as you are mine
Be with me, in my life as my own part
We together are happy, as both are fine
Finish the distance as Khan gets a blow to the heart.
